1. Will the jumper or water slide fit in my yard?
Please see the individual products pages for specifications. We recommend you
leave at least 3 feet on all sides, including the top.

What is a Combo?
A combo is the combination of a regular jumper with a dry slide built inside.

3. Can we set up the water slide in a park?  
We are registered with the local Parks and Recreation Departments to set up
jumpers, combos, and/or concessions in the parks but most parks do not allow the
use of their water supply for the slide.

What if it rains?
We understand Florida's crazy weather and realize sometimes a lot of notice isn't
possible, however we prefer to know our cancellations at least 24 hours in
advance. There is no charge for cancellations due to weather, but if we deliver the
equipment then we require full payment regardless of the weather conditions that
may occur later in the day.

5. If we have the event at a park, can we use their electricity? Most parks do not
allow this. We do rent generators for an additional $25 if you don't have your own
to bring.

6.
What forms of payment do you accept?  We accept checks, money orders or
cash. However, if you will be paying with a check we require payment in full at
least 4 days prior to the party. If this is the case, you can mail the payment to
P.O. Box 15036, Tampa, FL 33684.
